I love having simple, beautiful things that I love on hand to gift to friends and with spring here and summer fast approaching, a bright, beautiful, fun cookbook is the perfect thing. Beach Cocktails, Pours, Drinks, Sips, and Bites edited by Allyson Reedy with pictures by Lauren McDuffie has so many recipes I’ve added to my summer must-try list, cocktails like Eye of the Storm, mocktails like Baby Beach, and yummy small bites like Spicy Baked Plantain Chips.

Gift Beach Cocktails alone or pair it with a bottle to make one of the drinks, or make one of the small bites to share. My best friend has a room off of her kitchen where she uses her cookbooks like art, and this book would be perfect for that, too!
