I LOVE the foaming mousse formula, but when I’ve tried from other brands it doesn’t seem to last as long as cream or lotion formulas, but the b.tan mousse formula is legit! It takes me a few weeks to work through a bottle, and I use sunless tanner a couple of times each week. The candy scent is overpowering, but it’s a very sweet cotton candy scent while applying. I notice that the product works the same way as the other b.tan mousse formula products, and I will continue to use this product.

My Routine

I apply the b.tan sunless tanning mousse with a b.tan mitt (THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED! It washes up so nicely and lasts wayyy longer than any other mitts I’ve used). I do still use the sunless tanner color remover if I ever make an oops and have a weird sunless tanning mark (especially near my fit I notice it can happen).

It may be August now, (how?! Summer is flying, even in quarantine) but we still have plenty of summer days left to flaunt a gorgeous summer glow. I am extremely fair, and religious about my SPF, but I do like to use sunless tanning products. I found b.tan products at my local Walmart this summer, and the first thing to catch my eye was sunless tanner eraser and I’ve had enough self-induced-botched-tanning-jobs to have that tossed into my cart REAL QUICK. I also have tried their sunless tanning mitt, and sunless tanning foam, so today I want to share my thoughts with you.

I was pumped to try this! It is described as a way to remove sunless tanner before it fades naturally (do people do this? not I…) but my hope was that it would correct those awkward mistakes I get with an obvious streak of color. AND IT DOES! Listen, I am not saying it is perfect, but it helps fade and blend far better than lemon juice or whitening toothpaste (like I said, I’ve suffered many sunless tanning blunders). A tiny bit goes a long way, so I love that I now have this in my sunless tanning toolkit.

I *LOVE* this stuff! It is about $10, which is a couple dollars more than my previous favorite Banana Boat Sunless Tanner, but a bottle of it lasts me for weeks so it ends up being more affordable. Also, it dries very quickly! I did initially use too much and had it get on my white sheets (whoops, sorry Hubster!) but it washed right out. This did stain my hands horribly, which is why I ended up grabbing a mitt (see below), but the staining did give me a chance to try the sunless tanning eraser and it worked GREAT!

This is BY FAR the nicest tanning mitt I’ve ever used! The whole outer mitt is plush, not plastic or easy to tear. It is easy to wash also, but because it is so plush, soft, and thick it does take a day to line-dry, but because I typically tan every 2-3 days this works well for me.
