Fritaire Self-Cleansing Glass Bowl Air Fryer

September 1, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday! And Happy Labor Day if you’re in the U.S.

We use our air fryer all.the.time and before we got the Fritaire Self-Cleansing Air Fryer I thought all air fryers were created equal but now I will tell anyone and everyone to re-home their other air fryers and scoop up this one. And it’s September, so scoop this up now for a great holiday gift.

Fritaire Self-Cleansing Air Fryer

The Fritaaire Air Fryer is easy to use and the most stunning BPA-free and self-cleaning Air fryer. With a 5qt glass bowl design, I love that you can see the cooking process. I didn’t realize how helpful it was until I realized I could adjust the time without opening the fryer and that way the cooking process is not interrupted. Plus, it looks cool.

The tempered glass bowl design allows for 360-degree heat circulation and provides exact temperature control and convection vortex airflow for even heat distribution. Along with 6-in-1 cooking settings, Fritaire includes a rotisserie attachment for roasting whole foods and a rotating fry basket to achieve the crispiest fries ever! I also love using the fry basket for other fried sides and tater tots.

I do not use self-cleansing all the time because sometimes I just wipe the bowl out and wash the tray by hand because it takes almost no time. But to use the self-cleaning when you’ve got more stuck on, you simply fill the bowl with water, add some dish soap, and turn it on. The hot air-stream circulator does the rest, creating the first-ever self-cleaning air fryer. Then you just rinse, dry, and fry! Fritaire makes cooking and cleaning so fun and simple.

  • 360 VIEWING DESIGN: No more wondering or interrupting the cooking process to check if your food is finished cooking. Unique 5-QT glass bowl lets you see when your food is perfectly cooked.
  • EASY SELF-CLEANING: Cleanup is a breeze with Fritaire. You just fill the glass bowl with soapy water and let the hot air stream circulator rinse it out from the inside.
  • POWERFUL CONVECTION: 1500W of power. 400F Halogen heater engineered with vortex convection for consistently crispy and even cooking.
  • CHEMICAL-FREE MATERIALS: Experience the healthiest way to air fry. Fritaire is Teflon free, plastic free phthalate free, and BPA free.
  • 6-IN-1 COOKING FUNCTIONS: With Fritaire, you can cook the perfect steak, chicken, seafood, french fries, bake, toast, or use as a dehydrator.
  • ROTISSERIE COOKING: The signature rotisserie motor and turner cooks lets you easily roast whole chicken, veggies, and kabobs.
  • FRENCH FRY TUMBLER: Use the tumbler to make perfectly crispy fries by letting hot air flow on all sides throughout the cooking process.

KIMTRUE Skin Purifying Cleansing Balm

August 26, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday!

I have been using the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water for years, but my teenager loves cleansing balm so when KimTrue offered to send me their KimTrue Skin Purifying Cleansing Balm to try, I was excited.

KimTrue Skin Purifying Cleansing Balm

I love the texture of the cleansing balm and the way it breaks down the makeup. I do not find that it irritates my combo skin. I found that it was very good at removing even my waterproof mascara. I did not notice if this product provides brightening properties, but I do feel that the deep cleaning power alone is worth it. Get that grim out, gals!

Have you tried a cleansing balm?

What’s Next? A Life Size Game and What’s Next a Life Size Transition Game

August 12, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday! Happy Birthday to my husband, too!

I was offered the chance to review the game What’s Next? A Life Size Game and What’s Next a Life Size Transition Game and while it is different than my usual content, I was excited to share it because I am a parent and I thought you might enjoy this post, too.

M & J Games a Life-Size Game and M & J Games a Life-Size Transition Game

This game has soft foam pieces, a giant die which our whole household got a kick out of, and a simple way to set it up that we used both indoors and outdoors. We also tried the version with transition pieces you can add, which is meant for people on the spectrum.

I enjoyed this game so much that I plan to gift one to the resource room teacher who works with one of our children. I love that it doesn’t take too long to play, and is simple for the whole family to catch on and modify to their needs.

This is a fun family game and definitely different and a way to get outside!

Have a great weekend : )

Hi there! Happy Monday!

I have been using and still use my favorite Kiss Acrylic Nails which I blogged in this post The BEST Acrylic Nails at Home. Palm Royale Style

July 29, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday!

I’ve been loving the Palm Royale style, which to me is bright prints, fabulous sunglasses, silk scarves, chunky heels…essentially 60’s Florida. This style has been brought to the forefront and made a resurgence because of the Apple TV show Palm Royale. Today I am going to share with you a few of my favorite Palm Royale styles.

Silk Scarf

Platform Heels (mine are this but the version from two years ago)

Shift Dress (mine is a decade old and a hand-me-down but similar colors!)

Sunglasses

Cutest Straw Bag

What do you think of this style? Let me know!

What To Wear to a Niall Horan TSLOT Concert

July 15, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday!

I attended the Niall Horan concert The Show Live On Tour last week and I am going to share with you what to wear to a Niall Horan concert.

When I googled “What To Wear To a Niall Horan Concert” and “Niall Horan Concert Ideas” and looked on TikTok I found a lot of cute ideas and a video of Niall saying “Wear whatever you like, come as you are” which is so sweet and kind. I saw a lot of denim on denim, oversized tees, crochet, daisy patterns, or cute tanks with cut-off shorts. And LOTS of white sneakers.

What To Wear to a Niall Horan Concert

Free People Denim Corset

Abercrombie Maxi Skirt

Frye Leather Sneakers

DIY Rhinestone Fringe Denim Jacket

Are you going to any fun concerts this summer? Let me know in the comments!

DENMAN HAIR BRUSHES | Mason Pearson Dupe?

July 8, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday!

When Denman Brushes reached out to me I was so excited. I am notorious for not replacing my brushes until they’re scraping my scalp, and beyond our Wet Brushes, we are lacking in the brush department. I would love a Mason Pearson someday, but that is in no way in my current budget, so I am excited to share the Denman brushes with you in case you’re also not willing to pay $275 for a hairbrush.

Denman Style and Shine D81M

I am so excited because the Denman Style and Shine D81M brush looks incredibly similar to the Mason Pearson famously expensive brush for less than 10% of the price. I have never touched or used the Mason Pearson, but I will tell you that the Denman Style and Shine brush made my hair shine in a way that none of my other brushes do. I was actually surprised when I walked past a mirror because I hadn’t used any different products and then remembered that I’d used this brush for the first time. It also uses real boar bristles, and I am a believer. A big win! This would be an incredible gift for your daughter, sister, mother, or friend! And it’s less than 6 months until Christmas, just saying, it’d fit in a stocking.

Denman Wet Detangler

I was excited for this! I love my Wet Brush Paddle Brush but I do not use that in the shower. This is really nice for my daughter and my longhaired son to use in the shower to make sure the conditioner is evenly distributed.

What hair brushes do you use? I’d love to know!

What To Wear to the Ballet | Rent The Runway

July 1, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday!

If I caught you by the title and that’s your only reason for being here, I’ll cut to the chase; You can wear whatever you’d like. Check the venue and company, but most ballets now do not have a formal dress code. That said, I think anytime you attend any fine arts performance, from a 5th-grade band concert to a Broadway show, you should dress up. Now, that’s a wide range and my go-to for most things is “snappy casual” (business casual if you weren’t a sorority girl) but for a ballet in the city at a historic venue my friends and I decided to go all-out in gowns. There were people dressed up, but we were some of the most dressed up. And the result? We got many compliments, people asking where our dresses were, an older gentleman who had a great knowledge of the arts told us he appreciated that we dressed up as a sign of respect and how special it was. You can never be “overdressed”. I rented a gown from Rent The Runway and I wanted to share my thoughts.

Badgley Mischka Draped Dolman Sleeve Chiffon Gown

As described on the website I felt elegant in this lavender pink gown.

Drapey, dreamy, and utterly divine—our Draped Dolman Sleeve Chiffon Gown is a breath of elegance. The gown seems to float on air, with each fold and gather of the chiffon designed to sculpt your figure and move in sync with you. This creates a generous cut that billows and flows with every step you take, providing a graceful yet dreamlike aura.

Product Features

The gown starts with a V wrap-neckline that delicately frames your décolletage, leading into the artful drapery that defines the chiffon bodice. Taking a cue from the classic Dolman style, the sleeves boast a generous cut that billows and flows, adding a whisper of elegance to every gesture.

Have you ever used Rent The Runway? What was your experience?

Clean Fragrances | Rosy & Earnest Review

June 17, 2024 & Leave a Comment

I enjoy making everyday events special. When Rosy & Earnest reached out and offered to send me their new Gourmond collection fragrances, I jumped at the chance.

Rosy & Earnest Fragrance

I light a candle when we eat pizza on the couch and play background music when I cook, and while I live a very simple life, fragrance is an area where I believe in indulging. I have always adored the idea of my children having memories of my signature scent, so I purposefully selected a fragrance when they were small that I wear almost daily. I keep the fragrance I wore when my husband and I were first dating in my rotation, as well as the scent I wore on our wedding. I have fragrances that I’ve created scent memories with fragrance on vacations and have taught my daughter, who is 13, to do the same.

Rosy & Earnest Pistachio Delight

This one is my personal favorite. It is SO GOOD. Delicious. Irresistible. Decedant. Pistachio chip notes meet creamy vanilla, rich musk, and intense wood.

Rosy & Earnest Vanilla Royal Rum

Intoxicating. Addictive. Tempting. A swirl of amber rum mixed with suave vanilla and intense oak.

The BEST Shorts – Lululemon Look For Less

June 10, 2024 & Leave a Comment

Hi there! Happy Monday!

As a mom, I also want comfortable clothing that looks put together. When I’m watching soccer games, going to the park, or spending time on the weekends outdoors in the warm weather, I like athleisure. I looked on Amazon and found this pair of highly-reviewed shorts.

LULULEMON SHORTS LOOK FOR LESS

These are very similar to the Lululemon running shorts, but a lot more affordable. I do have running shorts that I wear exclusively for running, but I wanted some casual shorts that were not part of my workout wardrobe. These shorts are perfect. Affordable, quick-drying, pockets that zip, and a flattering fit. I like to pair these with my Lululemon Swiftly shirt and my favorite New Balance 574s.

What would you like to see on the blog?
