Why Do Your Hands Get Dry In The Winter?
Air in the cold winter months saps the moisture right out of your skin. Also washing your hands more frequently causes moisture to leave your hands because the water from constant washing takes the natural oils from your hands.
What Does Hand Cream Do?
The skin on the top of your hands is thinner and has less sebaceous glands which cause your hands to dry out more quickly. The skin on your palms is very thick, so you need a hand cream that can work effectively to seal in moisture.
